Where inspiration and learning
become action.
ActionKeeper turns your event into written commitments, weekly check-ins that ensure learning, reinforcement, action, and impact to give you a clear return on investment.
A small private beta is running first, with a handful of speakers and trainers.
The problem
Inspiration has a short shelf life.
You already know this from the room. People are moved, they mean it, and then Monday happens. The material fades, the intention survives a week or two, and the client remembers a good day, yet finds it difficult to see real change and impact.
It is not a failure of your content. It is what happens to anything learned once and never revisited.
~2/3
of newly learned material is gone within days when nothing reinforces it. The classic forgetting curve, confirmed again in a modern replication.
Ebbinghaus; replicated by Murre & Dros, PLOS ONE, 2015
4×
the gain when training is followed by coaching. Training alone raised manager productivity 22%. Training plus follow-up coaching raised it 88%.
Olivero, Bane & Kopelman, Public Personnel Management, 1997
76%
goal achievement among people who wrote their goals down, committed to actions and reported progress weekly, against 43% for those who only thought about them.

The solution
Extend the learning beyond the event.
The learning experience should not end when the event does. ActionKeeper keeps participants engaged with what they learned and helps them follow through on the commitments that create lasting change. And it does it all through an automated process that is simple and effortless for both you and your client.
Start here
Which one are you?
Pick the one that sounds like you.
I am a keynote speaker, a training facilitator, or a coach
You want your work to outlast the room, and something real to show the client who booked you.
What you getI represent a company or team
You are buying development for your people and you need to know if you got a return on your investment.
Join the waiting listI was at an event
Somebody handed you a code or a link and you would like to know what you have signed up for.
What to expectHow it works
Six steps, and you run four of them once.
Create the program
Name it, set how many weeks it runs, and write the questions each week asks. Start from a template or build your own.
Invite participants
A QR code on your closing slide, an open registration link, an emailed invitation, or a CSV of everyone at once.
Capture commitments
Each person writes what they are going to do, by when, what is likely to get in the way, and how they will know it happened.
Weekly action prompt
A check-in email each week, sent by you, asking them what action they took and what impact was made.
Coach next actions
Your AI coach guides further learning and action tailored to their commitment. This coach is grounded in your books, models, and expertise.
Show the client
Give your client a real-time dashboard of participation, commitment, actions, and impact that demonstrate their ROI.
What it changes
For you, not just for them.
In front of a client
- A proposal that ends with a multi-week learning reinforcement and impact plan instead of a short event
- Something to answer "how will we know it worked?"
- A reason to be in the conversation again when the program finishes weeks later
- Your competitive advantage: a service other speakers and facilitators don’t offer
In your practice
- Your material doing the coaching while you are working with other clients
- One program built once, then duplicated for the next client
- Themes across a cohort you would never have heard individually
- Your practice named on all of it
- Added revenue and profitability
The AI coach
Grounded in your content and methodologies.
We are deliberate about what this claims. ActionKeeper supplies the coaching method: how an intention turns into repeated action, how to work out what actually blocked someone, how to size the next step so it happens. That method is grounded in behavioral and performance psychology, drawn from Dr. Jason Jones’ published work and the established research behind it, and it holds whether your program is about negotiation, safety training or first-line management. What it does not claim is expertise in your field. That is what your uploaded material is for.
It is worth being exact about the other half too, because the industry is careless with the word “trained”. Your documents do not train a model. They are indexed for your account, and when a participant asks something, the passages that actually bear on the question are retrieved and handed to the model with it.
- Grounded in the material you uploaded, and told to say so when it is not
- Cannot reach another provider's material. That boundary is enforced by the database, not by a prompt asking it nicely
- Says it does not know rather than inventing guidance and attributing it to you
- Does not claim to be a person, and hands off rather than playing doctor, lawyer or therapist
- Has a spending cap, so it cannot run up a surprise bill
Where this came from
Built by a speaker who needed it.
ActionKeeper was not designed in a workshop about what speakers might want. Dr. Jason Jones built it for his own keynotes and leadership programs, because sending a follow-up email and hoping was the only option on the table and it was not working.
It ran with real audiences before it was ever a product. What you are looking at is that system, rebuilt so other speakers, trainers and coaches can run it under their own name.
Pricing
One number to understand: how many people.
Every plan has everything in it. The AI coach, unlimited programs, client reporting, the lot. Plans differ only by how many participants can be in a running program at once, and places come back when a program finishes.
Questions
The things people ask first.
Who is ActionKeeper for?
Independent speakers, trainers, facilitators, coaches and consultants who want their work to keep going after the room empties. Your practice is named throughout, and participants know whose program they are on.
How long does setup take?
Approximately 20 minutes for your first program, less after that. You add your practice details, choose the name your emails go out under, name your AI coach, upload the material your coaching should draw on, and create a program. You can run yourself through the whole thing as a test participant before a single real person sees it.
Can I use my own logo and colors?
Not in this release. Participants see ActionKeeper's design, with your practice name, your support address and your own name for the AI coach throughout. Emails go out under your name and replies reach you. Custom logos, colors and welcome copy are planned for a later release, and we would rather ship the part that works than a half-finished version of the part that does not.
What AI options do I have?
Two, and they stack rather than compete. The general setting supplies the coaching method, not subject expertise. It is grounded in behavioral and performance psychology, drawn from Dr. Jason Jones' published work and the established research behind it: how a commitment becomes a habit, what actually sustains motivation, how people learn and adapt under pressure, and how to size an action so it survives a bad week. That is what the coach works from before you have uploaded a single file, so a program is useful on day one. The subject is yours, and the provider setting is where that comes in. Whatever you upload to your private library, your books, frameworks, workbooks, facilitator guides and transcripts, is indexed for your account alone, and the passages that bear on what a participant has written are retrieved and handed to the coach along with it. From there the coaching carries your language and your models, and it says so when your material does not cover something rather than inventing an answer with your name on it.
How does the AI use what I upload?
Your material is stored for your account only, split into passages and indexed. When a participant asks a question, the passages relevant to that question are retrieved and given to the model along with the question. Your documents are never used to train a shared model, and the retrieval cannot reach another provider's material. If nothing you uploaded covers a question, the coach says so rather than inventing an answer in your name.
Who can see what a participant writes?
You can see the commitments and progress of people in your own programs. Client organizations see aggregate reporting, not individual reflections. Nobody at ActionKeeper reads participant content in the normal course of running the platform, and the emergency access that exists for support requires a stated reason, expires after an hour, and writes an audit record that cannot be skipped.
What do participants have to do?
Scan a code or follow a link, write down what they are going to do, and then answer one short check-in a week. No app to install and no password to remember: they sign in with a link sent to their email.
Who owns the content I upload?
You do. It stays yours, it is only ever used to answer your participants' questions, and you can replace or delete it whenever you like. Deleting it removes it from storage and from the search index, not just from a list.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. Program data exports to CSV whenever you want it, and you can ask for your account and its data to be deleted.
Your work does not have to end when the session does.
The beta is small on purpose: a handful of speakers and trainers who will tell us the truth about what is missing. Tell us what you run and we will talk it through.
