You paid for the training.
Did any of it survive?
The session went well. Everyone said so. Weeks later nobody can tell you what changed, and next year's budget conversation starts from nothing.
How you can use it today
Through the person you already booked.
ActionKeeper is built for the speaker, trainer or coach who delivers your program. They run it under their own name, and you get the part that matters to you: whether people are actually doing the things they said they would.
What you see
- How many people enrolled, and how many are still checking in
- Commitments made, actions completed, week by week
- The barriers coming up most often across the group
- An executive summary at the end, written for the person who signed the contract
- A full CSV export for your own reporting
What you do not see
- What any individual wrote in a reflection
- Anyone's conversation with the AI coach
- Any way to identify who said what from an aggregate
This is not squeamishness. People write down what is really getting in their way only when they are certain their manager is not reading it, and honest answers are the entire source of the value you are buying.
Buying it directly
Not yet, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Running ActionKeeper yourself, in-house, with your own administrators and multiple cohorts, is real work we have not built. Organization accounts, sponsor roles and configurable visibility rules are the next release.
Leave your details and we will tell you when it is ready. In the meantime, if you have a speaker or trainer booked, ask them about it. That route works today.
