One number to understand:
how many people.

Every plan has the whole product in it. The AI coach, unlimited programs, client reporting. Plans differ only by how many participants can be in a running program at once.

Pricing is not open yet

ActionKeeper is in a closed beta with a small number of speakers and trainers. If you would like to be part of it, tell us what you run and we will talk it through.

Questions

About the money.

What counts as an active participant?

Anyone enrolled in a program that is still running. When a program finishes, or you archive it, those places come back. A keynote you ran in March is not still costing you a place in September. Your own test runs never count.

Why do the plans not differ in features?

Because a cheaper plan that looks worse in front of your client would be an advertisement for our limitations, delivered by you. Every plan is the full product. The only thing you buy more of is capacity.

What happens if I go over my participant limit?

Nothing breaks for anyone already enrolled. You are told, and new enrollments wait until you upgrade or a program finishes and frees places up. Nobody mid-program is cut off because of a billing threshold.

What happens if a payment fails?

Your participants keep everything: sign-in, check-ins, their dashboards and everything they have written, at every account status. What stops is growth, so no new cohorts, programs or invitations. Registration stays open on existing cohorts, because the person scanning a code at the end of your keynote is not the person whose card bounced.

Is there a contract?

No. Monthly plans are month to month and you can cancel from your own billing page. Annual plans are paid for the year and work out at two months free.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, either direction, from your billing page. Stripe prorates the difference.
