For program sponsors
Turn a great session into
lasting action and impact.
ActionKeeper keeps your people working on what they learned for four weeks after the event, and shows you what happened: what they committed to, whether they acted on it, and what changed as a result.
The problem
Most training is forgotten by the following week.
The session goes well. People leave with good intentions. Then Monday arrives, the inbox fills up, and the new ideas lose out to the old habits. A month later, nobody can tell you what changed, including the people who were in the room.
That is not a failing of your people or of the program. It is how learning works. What makes the difference is what happens in the weeks after: a written commitment, a specific first action, and someone asking every week how it went.
What the research says
- The forgetting curve. Most new learning fades within days unless it is revisited.Murre & Dros, PLOS ONE, 2015
- Implementation intentions. If-then plans roughly double follow-through on a stated goal.Gollwitzer, American Psychologist, 1999
- Written goals and weekly accountability. 76% achievement against 43%.Matthews, Dominican University of California
What you get
Why sponsors want it.
Evidence, not a feeling
Instead of "everyone said it was great", you can show how many people committed, how many took action, and what they say changed. Numbers you can put in front of whoever approved the budget.
Learning that gets used
Four weeks of practice, one specific action at a time, turns a good session into new habits at work. That is the return you were paying for.
What is getting in the way
You see the barriers that come up most often across the group: time, workload, competing priorities. That tells you where your people need support, and what the next program should cover.
No extra work for you
Your provider sets it up and runs it. You do not chase anyone, send reminders or write a report. You sign in when you want to see where things stand.
Before the event
Get ready to extend the program.
Ask your IT department to whitelist actionkeeper.app so the emails flow freely to your participants. Some company email filters hold back mail from a sender they have not seen before, and the weekly check-ins only work if they arrive.
There is nothing to install. ActionKeeper is not software anyone downloads: it all works online, and nobody needs a username or password.
Your speaker or trainer builds the four-week program around their session, and adds you to it by email so you can see your dashboard. The most useful thing you can do at this stage is tell them what you want to be different afterwards. That shapes the questions your people are asked.
It also helps to let your people know it is coming: a short note saying there will be a few minutes at the end to commit to something, and a weekly check-in after.
At the event
Everyone commits, in writing.
In the last few minutes of the session, a QR code goes up on the screen. Each person scans it on their phone and writes down what they are going to do, and the first specific action they will take. They also rate the session and score themselves on the skill it covered, which becomes the starting point their progress is measured from.
About three minutes, with nothing to collect in advance and no list of email addresses to send anyone.

Weeks one to four
A short check-in, every week.
Each Tuesday, every participant gets an email reminding them of their commitment and asking how the week went. The check-in takes about five minutes: what they did, what helped or got in the way, what changed, and what is next. Anyone who has not answered gets a reminder later in the week.
After each check-in, an AI coach responds to what they wrote and helps them settle on a specific next action. It is one focused exchange a week, built on behavioral and performance psychology, and it works only from the program and that person's own words.

Whenever you like
Your own dashboard.
You sign in with a link sent to your email. There is no password. Your dashboard shows the whole group, kept up to date as people check in:
- How many people enrolled, and how they rated the session
- Commitments made, and how many took at least one action
- The check-in rate, week by week
- How their scores moved from the day of the event
- The barriers that came up most often
- What people say changed, without names
- The full list of commitments the group made

At the end
A summary you can pass on.
When the four weeks are over, your provider adds an executive summary to your dashboard, written for the person who approved the training: how engaged the group was, the evidence of growth, how to reinforce what was learned, and recommended next steps.
And because you can see what got in the way, you go into the next program knowing what your people actually need.
Privacy
Why you see the group, not the person.
People write down what is really getting in their way only when they are sure their manager is not reading it. Those honest answers are where the value of the program comes from, so the dashboard is designed to protect them.
What you see
- Totals, rates and score changes for the whole group
- The commitments people made, without names
- Common barriers and results across the group
- The executive summary at the end
What you do not see
- What any one person wrote in a weekly check-in
- Anyone's conversation with the AI coach
- Any way to tell who said what
- Any written comments at all in a group of fewer than five
Questions
What sponsors usually ask.
Do we need to buy ActionKeeper or sign anything with you?
No. ActionKeeper is the software your speaker, trainer or coach uses, and it comes as part of their program. Your agreement is with them. If you want a program to include it, ask whoever you are booking.
Does our IT team need to install or approve anything?
Nothing is installed. Participants join from their own phone by scanning a code at the end of the session, and everything after that is an email and a web page. Your dashboard is a web page too. Some companies' email filters hold mail from new senders, so it is worth asking IT to let through mail from actionkeeper.app before the event.
How much of our people's time does it take?
About three minutes at the end of the session to write their commitment and first action. Then one check-in a week for four weeks, about five minutes each. Around twenty-five minutes in total, spread over a month.
How much of my time does it take?
As much as you want to give it. Everything runs on its own once the event is over. Most sponsors look at the dashboard once or twice during the four weeks and again at the end for the summary.
Can I see what a particular person wrote?
No. Your dashboard is built from the group: counts, scores, the commitments people made and the themes across everyone, with no names attached. Weekly reflections and conversations with the AI coach are not shown to you. People are told this when they join, and it is why they write honestly.
What if our group is small?
Below five people, anything written down would point at somebody, so you see the counts and scores but no written comments, themes or quotes. Those appear once a group reaches five.
What does the AI coach actually do?
Once a week, inside the check-in, it reads what the participant wrote about their own commitment and helps them settle on a specific next action. It works only from the program your provider built and that person's own words. It says it is software, it does not give medical, legal or crisis advice, and it points people to a person when they need one. The full details are on the How the AI coach works page.
Who sends the emails, and who do replies go to?
The emails go out under your provider's name, and replies reach your provider rather than us. Participants know whose program they are on.
What happens to our data?
Each provider's data is kept separate from every other provider's, and nobody at ActionKeeper reads participant content in the normal course of running the platform. Participants can ask for their data or have it deleted. The Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum set it out in full, for whoever reviews these things at your company.
